Last night CUIDO (Communities United in Defense Olmstead). Had a meeting to plan the next Arnie Ville Sleep-Out, which will begin on Tuesday, June 22nd at 12:00. It will be on the island of Adeline and Russell Street in Berkeley, California.

Approximately 40 people attended our meeting. With the help and imput from all of those who attended, lots of progress is being made to help get the word out about Arnie Ville, and we hope to make it bigger and better.

We especially want to thank DREDF for donating $1000 for the sign language interpreters and for the meeting room last night.

There is still a lot of work to be done, so if you want to help please contact us by leaving messages here on the blog. Or contact CUIDO on Facebook or email us at arnieville@gmail.com.
We are very excited about how quickly this group has grown and hope it continues to grow to help show the governor that we are united and he cannot put us in nursing homes.

  1. ArnieVille is a wonderful action where we get to educate people and protest the IHSS cuts. It costs us a lot of money and we need donations. Thank you Vanessa for starting the Blog, way to go!
